The location is perfect for those who arrive via train, with a linkway connecting the hotel to the station. The breakfast buffet was diverse and included unique dishes like Vietnamese pho. I appreciated the free coffee provided upon check-in and the option to explore the hotel's cute exhibition and library. The hotel's entrance also had parking available for convenience.

Excellent location near Nagano Station with a convenient linkway. Clear and comfortable rooms. Very good room prices. Delicious breakfast with interesting options like Vietnamese pho. Many nearby restaurants, bakery, and amenities within walking distance. Free coffee available at check-in. Library and cute exhibition on-site. Parking available at the entrance

The breakfast was decent with a variety of dishes. The location was great, near a train station and several good restaurants. , the room was clean and cozy, with all necessary facilities available.
Our Christmas experience at this hotel was not very pleasant. The staff was not friendly and seemed unhappy to help us.

The buffet breakfast was great with a variety of pastries, hot meals, and even a Vietnamese pho soup option. the location was really convenient with plenty of family-friendly restaurants in the area and a train station nearby, making it easy to get around the city. An unexpected perk was the hotel's library and cute exhibition space.
The staff wasn't always the friendliest and seemed impatient at times, especially when explaining the parking situation. the rooms weren't the most spacious, lacking a sofa and a proper place to store suitcases.
